Ashland District Previously known as the Carter District, the Ashland District houses a number of companies and houses. A large fire in 1907 destroyed the Ashland District, and without the funds, the mayor waited until 1940's to rebuild it. Now it is flourishing with companies and the headquarters of the Milwood Fire Department. |

East End The East End (Nicknamed 'Fancyville' by locals) is the most expensive area of Milwood. Most of the rich and famous population of Milwood live here, in the tall glass buildings of this area. |
